Paintings and Framed Prints

If your painting or framed print arrives damaged, we will offer a full refund and cover the cost of return shipping. To qualify for a refund:

  • Clear photo evidence of the damage must be provided.

 

Wrapped Prints and Apparel

For wrapped prints and clothing items, we offer free replacements in the event of damage during shipping. To qualify for a replacement:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Clear photo evidence of the damage must be provided.

Once the replacement request is approved, we will send out a new item at no additional cost.

  • Returns and replacements are only applicable to items that arrive damaged. We are unable to process refunds or replacements for other reasons at this time.
